Canton Fire Station is a large municipality building equipped with a gym, equipment room, sleeping quarters, wash room, mechanical/electrical room, and a main bay area to house fire trucks. The fire department provides both emergency and non-emergency services to its residence in addition to educational services teaching fire prevention. These hardworking men and women called upon RAM Construction Services to do a wide range of reconstruction that left a great long lasting finish that we can be proud of.
RAM Construction Services worked directly with the fire chief to complete our scope of work. This included replacing all the trench drains in each of the bays located within the building and applying 3600 sqft of non-slip epoxy coating as well. In addition, we painted the inside walls, ceiling, baydoors, and several other rooms which they were very pleased with. On the exterior portion of the building we did minor concrete restoration and caulking to leave a waterproof seal while exiting the fire station bays. A problem we had encountered along the way was the delivery of materials which our project manager handled accordingly and finished the job in the allotted time.
